Hello Sustainable Frog!

Yes, it is possible to use an incomplete weather data file in conjunction with your ECOTECT model. Just bear in mind for those periods of the year where you do not have a complete weather data set, the results generated by ECOTECT will not be valid.

If you import a partial data-set into WeatherTool, data will be displayed for the dates and data available, while the remaining content of the weather file will display as '0'.

Hope this answers your question!

Kind regards,
