I need to convert a TMY weather file to BIN format. I'm not a high volume user, I only need to do this once now and one more time in a couple of months. The freeware I've found that seems to do this looks like it will require a large time investment to figure out compared to the couple times I need to do it.

Will this weather tool do this, and will it do it easily and quickly? I do also have the data in a spreadsheet file if that is easier. I am willing to spend the money if necessary, but I want something that will save me time.

Actually, if the people at square D research can convert a file for me for a price, I'm open to that too.
