Fluoroscent lights

Hello everyone. Back again with a new problem concerning the lights. I need some informations on how to model the artificial lights of my building. My questions are basic, because i am new in modeling.

The lights are : fluorescent lamps.

First question: My lamps are 549 mm lenth. how do I model that?

Second question: Ecotect asks for the angle of cut off and hot-spot. Fluoroscent lamp has this angles or it works in all the place?

Last question: When I am modeling the lamp, Ecotect asks for a first and a last point. Are these points connected with the first and the end of the lamp or they are connected with the height of the area which is illuminated? For a fluroscent lamp the lenth should be horizontical or vertical?

Thank everyone in advance for the answers.

Linear lighting?

Hello, Sotiris

Have you found the solution? I'm having same problem. I'm not sure how we can model linear lighting fixture in Ecotect, since it seems I can input only single axis photometric chart.

If you had found the solution, would let me know?

Thank you,
Koj
